This game is very well made. You get special powers unique to whatever team that you are playing as. You can only build bases/structures in certain areas (so this makes it easier to win by destroying all enemy bases because you know where they are) and the creatures that you use to fight with are very unique and you can do a relatively large spectrum of strategies.

However, this game does get tedious fairly quickly. I beat the "good" campaign (there are two, one good and one evil) and played a few skirmishes and then I got bored with the game. The basic strategy to win is build up your defense, then build a massive offense (usually the bowmen because they are really strong in this game) and then send everything you have to take out the enemy base. You can do slight variations of this, but this is one of the best strategies and this makes it boring. I assume that fighting a human player would be much better and less boring, but this review is not on multi-player play.

5.0 out of 5 stars game was loved by my nephew September 2, 2009
Fun: 5.0 out of 5 stars
Actually I already owned this game and when I moved away from my nephew this was the one thing he was really sad about so I got him a copy for himself. He is 7 years old and even thought there is fighting I would reccomend this because they show no blood and it is great to teach kids tactical skills and muti-tasking.
