Fantastic book, but then I knew that it would be, I am a big fan of the author. I am taking meditation mandala workshops and was wondering 'where to next', and I have found this book particularly helpful. It covers many ways of developing the Great Round and that suits me perfectly, thank you. It isnt too heavy for my group as some of the work we had covered, and although this isnt light weight it appears to be fitting in with my group at just the right time.
I love manadalas and since having done my work in Transpersonal Art Therapy they are so pertinent to my own growth. Suzanne's books have been an integral part of that and I am very grateful
Thank you

This is one of the best books on Mandalas I've come across. Thorough and really well presented it's easy to read and follow instructions.
It gives a great, more in depth understanding of what mandalas are about compared to many other mandala books. I am using it in a therapy group I run and
the participants are really loving it and really gaining an insight into themselves. To follow the book right through the twelve different exercises is really fascinating
and beneficial. I love how clear this book is in its explanations and instructions. Highly recommend it.

I purchased this so that I can meditate while coloring. These are beautifully designed and the paper rips out easily so that I can tape it up against a window. I do have a few tips however:

Buy Crayola's Watercolor Pencils. These pencils will make your Mandalas even more colorful. You can use them wet or dry to adjust the intensity of the color.
Get some double-sided tape so that you do not ruin the paper with the tape when you are sticking it against the window. Amazon sells the pencils and any double sided tape will do.

This is by far the best Mandala Workbook I have used. It was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition.

Awesome well written and in excellent condition, this book is laid out to accompany the mandala book so you may create mandalas and interpret them as you go along a useful therapy tool. I am designing classes around this and several other self help art activities.

This book comes across as a textbook explanation of The Great Round, an exploration of the stages of life and creation. It has many assignments which are useful for deepening your understanding of concepts that are not meant to be grasped without a visceral experience. Many of the assignments in the workbook seem more suited to group work than individual exploration, however either approach would be useful. Unfortunately, I found the text itself to be dry, boring, and repetitive without the depth that I would expect for this type of work. There is not much explanation of how to draw mandalas, so if that is your focus, this is not the right book for you. Overall, this is a good introduction to the Jungian view of the use of mandalas as healing tools.

I have Susanne F. Fincher's Mandala Workbooks 1-4 and they are so helpful I wanted this one as well. This book focuses on creating our own mandalas which help us gain clarity and understanding of various stages in our lives, emotions, and our life experiences. She has suggestions
for materials to use, but the mandalas can be as simple or intricate as we want them to be. This book is a wonderful adventure into our own lives.

Well Written, but I was looking for more mandala patterns to use and less narrative. The narrative was useful, however.
