I enjoy the specificity of the training plans and the information he gives you in the chapter to tweak the plan to your goals.
I ran my first half marathon this past Sunday following the intermediate plan in the book and finished well below my goal and can't wait to run another.
If you love running and want a sensible book to help coach you to a first marathon or to a better performance, you can't do better.
