This book is very applicable to my company as we operate entirely online and often find ourselves at the mercy of online reviews and ratings. The tips and practical suggestions offered are both easy to understand and implement. This should be required reading for companies that have a heavy web presence that garners reviews ratings and reviews on Yelp and other online ratings sites.
