WOW!! What an amazing tool that has helped me to manage the medical information for my FAMILY, my PARENTS and MYSELF! For less than $20, we are prepared and informed to work with our physicians to cooperatively manage our health. I've never seen anything like this, and wish I'd had these so much sooner...CAN'T WAIT TO GIVE TO MY FRIENDS!! KUDOS TO WICKENS & WEBER for their SAVVY INTUITION and PRACTICAL THINKING!

I am a senior and I find the notebook disappointing. There are not enough Tabs. Only one page for Recent and Past Surgeries, one page For Current Meds, Really? And one page Current Tx/Test then we go to Doctor/Office Visits, would you believe 79 pages? The over all design is inadequate for an adult. I plan to give mine away.

The Medical Notebook is such a valuable tool that everyone should own one.
It's time that we all become proactive in our health care - not only for our own piece of mind, but to assist our physicians in keeping track of our records.
It is obvious that much experience and care went into the organization of this notebook - and will help our entire society.

I've been looking for this everywhere - what a Godsend - I need this for my husband, my parents and myself! Think I'll use this as gifts for friends and family, also. Thank you to the ingenious authors who thought this up. What a wonderful tool for the caregiver. M. K. Swanson

If you have seen Michael Moore's movie SICKO, you know how important it is to be pro-active when it comes to your health. I have worked in health care for over twenty years and strongly reccomend both books by Wickens.

This handy medical notebook, also The Children's Medical Notebook, by Wickens has all the information you need to keep handy in dealing with any medical illness.

If you were sitting in a doctor's office, a new or even your existing physician, they will often ask you the same questions about your medical history or how long you have been experiencing the chief complaint you are seeing them for. Or they will prescribe a medication for you that you already took and had no results or a bad reaction. You are sitting there wondering why don't you look at my records?
They may ask you if you ever saw another doctor for the same problem. If you keep this handy 8x5 easy to carry notebook with you, you have all your information handy.

These are some of the issues in the Medical Notebook: in addition to writing in your insurance information, your medical history, you have pages to write in your past surgeries, current treatment and testing. Current medications: Doctor visits & reason for visit/treatments ordered, current vitals..

In The Children's Handbook they have pages for specialty doctors and all the other information that is in the Medical Notebook. Of course the book is not just for children, anyone with multiple physicians can use this.

With the Medical Notebook and the Children's Notebook--changing physicians, referrals and the need to keep up on your medical health it is extremely important to be pro-active which makes it easy when you have all your information in the notebook.

All information is right in the book when needed by you or someone not as familiar with the patient. Could not live without. Thank you Ms. Weber and Ms. Wickens for making a difficult job easier.
