I purchased this to add a little light on my desk at work and also to show a little Gator pride (I'm severely outnumbered by Univ of Miami fans). It's battery operated and provides a tiny bit of light for about the first 15 minutes that it's on. It's REALLY small and worthless as a light. I probably would not buy again, but it will stay on my desk through football season!
