If you buy this book you can throw away any other self help books from your book shelf. Excellent advise for balancing mind body & spirit and yes commonsense advise along with beautiful recipes to get that metabolism revving and melt those kilos away.
Being a natural health practitioner myself, I confidently recommend Julie's book to all of my clients looking to improve their total lifestyle. The book is easy to read and the program very achievable. People that I recommend the book to, love it!

I love this book! I live by it... amazing information, applicable to everyone, real, relatable and inspiring. The best way to start taking better care of yourself. Eat and live healthier with simple tools that you can maintain for life. A must have for every household.
