I've encouraged friends and family to use the Miracle 7 & bought them copies of this book.
What I like best about this book is after reading it, and with a little thought anyone can come up with some variations on the exercises.
Doing the seven tiger moves is a good workout in itself, but ought to be supplemented by the other exercises presented in the book.

Quite some different than I expected but very exciting indeed.
