The Miracle Seven by John Peterson,
This review is from: The Miracle Seven (Kindle Edition)
Transformetrics is a great system in it self. The Miracle Seven is the best buy from Transformetrics. It will save you time, money, and headaches of figuring how to workout. There is no need for a gym or equipment besides maybe a pullup bar. You'll use your own body and some sweat. It starts with 7 DVR's(Dynamic Self Resistance)exercises and then there is 7 more workouts. If you put in the effort and follow what John tells you to do then there is no way you can't build the body of your dreams. This book is well worth it and more!

This book provides a good introduction to alternative bodyweight training. Doing the seven tiger moves is a good workout in itself, but ought to be supplemented by the other exercises presented in the book. Like most anything in life, you will get out of this is what you put into it.

This book probably has the most bag for the buck in John Peterson's Transformetrics Training System. If you're interested in equipment free exercise, this is a great place to start! You get the core Miracle 7 moves, which are a series of Dynamic Visualized Resistance exercises (using opposing muscles groups to add resistance to movement) and you get a whole series of other exercises to work the entire body.
The Kindle addition looks really good. The original book had photos in black and white, so the transfer to Kindle worked great!
