First season was hilarious, 2nd is just plain stupid and not even a little bit funny. Example: a commercial for an abs workout involving trying to suck your own weenie.

This review is more about the show as a whole than just one episode.
Nick Swardon's Pretend Time can be sickly funny, the kind of humor where you ask yourself "Wait, why do I know what this skit is about?" Nick Swardson has a twisted yet rad sense of funny. But not all of the skits are great. There are more than a few that feel awkward and contrived. While some strive to be awkward, others try to be funny and end up kind of ...meh.
Every episode has at least one skit that will make you burst out with deep sickly laughter.
To me, the best is "Wheelchair Cat". Other Highlights include Lady Gaga's brother Garry The Cop, Bargain Bob's Hardware and Adult bookstore, Mr. Creepy and Gay Robot.
Sad to say, The Series has been cancelled. Another season would have been nice.
All in all, this is a good show with a few "blah" moments, but the awesome skits and disturbing sketches more than outshine the "meh" moments.

I really liked the first season, watched free with amazon prime. Wanted to purchase the second season but there's not an option to do that. Just an option for "season pass" which is made for shows that are still on the air. Guess I'll never see the second season. Don't know who's decision it was to not make the season available for purchase outright, but it was a poor decision. That's my 2 cents.

If you don't like this show or are offended by it, you probably need to go back to watching kids shows and nickelodeon. Let's face it mature adult humor, or even mature humor has to make you think: omgwtf!? to truly be appreciate it. lol, sit back and enjoy.
