Review

I am a long time believer in the kind of nutrients The Missing Ingredient advocates. They dont get the attention they deserve. This [special report] is a must-read for anyone concerned about achieving optimal health. --Dr. Mark Stengler, Author of Bottom Line Natural Healing Newsletter

I just want to say I am grateful for your [special report]! I started taking [the missing ingredient] last week. I have not had this much energy in over 20 years! My brain is sharp also. My son Adam is autistic, and I want him to take [it] too. . . --Vicki A.

I went right to the health food store and bought some [of the missing ingredient.] Oh my goodness! In four days I was living without my anti-inflammatories I had been on for about 15 years and my sleeping pills. . .thank you for your [special report] and thank God for [the missing ingredient]!!! That is just me. . .many people I am telling to get this have stories also, very quickly!! Thank you again for this [special report]. . . --Donna S.

My 7 year old son, Adam, was diagnosed with Autism on 11/28/2005. I started him on the [missing ingredient] in April 2008. Several months after starting the [missing ingredient] Adam got out of diapers HIMSELF!!! We had tried everything, but were still encouraging him. He has basically been non-verbal until summer of 2009, he started TALKING one day and has never stopped!!! His speech is getting fine-tuned at speech therapy at school. He has come a LONG way! He will be going from an Autistic-Support classroom to mainstream this year. In early December 2009, Adam was tested diagnostically for Autism and Aspergers....and DID NOT MEET THE CRITERIA ANYMORE !!! His diagnosis was REMOVED! The [missing ingredient has] kept my 3 year old son, Noah's eczema AWAY! We are truly blessed, and I believe our Lord led me to you and your book. God Bless you, Lee! --Vicki Anger

Enzymatic Therapy is common knowledge. My doctor (an MD) prescribed these enzymes for me 10 years ago. Trying to pretend that this is a recent and unknown "scientific breakthrough" is just not true. Maybe some doctors still live in the dark ages and fight this kind of information, but most forward thinking health care professionals not only know about this, but they use it in their practice.

It is not Enzymatic Therapy that I am knocking, but only the use of this commonly known remedy to sell a book that contains nothing more than you can get in the public library, your health food store, or you doctor.

I will give the publisher credit where credit is due, though. I was unhapphy with my purchase and contacted the publisher with my complaints - they cheerfully refunded my money within hours of the email I sent them - no arguments, no quibbling, no static at all. At first I thought this was an outright scam, but now I just think it is an overhyped and over priced book. The actual health information contained in the book is correct, and the publisher willing to give a refund to unhappy customers. They even let me keep the book.

I have not purchased the book, but $26.95 for a book that is only 55 pages??? How many people are going to be suckered into finding the missing ingredient was the money that used to be in their pocket? Look for it at the library instead.

I'm always offended when advertising for a product is basically a tease. I'm asked to pay $26.95 to get the punchline to the joke. Hopefully there is something else of value in this book, other than the name of the "missing ingredient." I will never know because I'm not going to bite.

I'll be adding this to my collection of books that so far saved WAY more money in doctors and drugs, but most importantly our health!!! (I know it's digestive enzymes but I want the details.) After myself and several family members over the years spending a fortune to end up with diseases caused by prescription drugs we didn't need, we are finally saying NO to doctors and pharma... at least until AFTER we have tried "Functional Medicine" (based on food and nutrients), which usually works. I would rather give legitimate health authors my money than get burned by big pharma again. Too many people put all their faith in their regular doctor, who's care centers mainly around drugs (putting chemicals in the body) instead of giving the body what it needs to heal itself...

I highly recommend anything written by MARK HYMAN MD if you want real prevention and healing. Mark Hyman is one of very few doctors that Dr. Oz says he would go to for himself and his family. Dr. Hyman got tired of automatically prescribing drugs and has become a respected expert in Functional Medicine- real prevention and natural healing, and using meds only when truly needed. I have 2 of his books and can't put them down.
