The book is very short; about a 20 minute read. There is nothing new: to overcome procrastination, focus on the important stuff. Make a list of the important stuff the night before. Don't take on additional work that interferes with doing the important stuff. That was about it for overcoming procrastination. The early morning part was equally as weak. Stick to a sleep schedule, no technology at night, dark room, no caffeine in the evening, don't eat late, avoid spicy food in the evening, and the bedroom is only for sleep and sex. Follow these rules and in time you'll be sleeping well, and happily enjoying the morning refreshed and alert. When you wake up, hydrate yourself by drinking some water, establish a routine, take time to relax, eat a good breakfast, get the blood flowing with some exercises, and think about the important things to accomplish that day. That's it. I just summarized the book in a paragraph. How much of this is new, useful information? Frankly, it was a waste of time and money.

This is the first time I am writing a review and It's because this book has made me so energized and inspired that I thought I owe the author at least a review. I have been suffering from depression on and off for years. I've been to therapy and have read many books recently, not even one single one of them could change my mood for a day so I tried to analyze the problem on my own then I realized that all I need to do is waking up in the morning, getting out of bed and never go back to my bedroom again! I started searching for a book and this was luckily my first pick. I made a to do list during reading this book which happens to me rarely :-) Thank you James for sharing your experiences and insight with us.

This book is full of great ideas for not only preparing the night before, but things you can do in the morning to start off the day right. I already knew some of the things, but there are definitely some new things that I learned in this book that I will be adding to my routine! If you are looking to be more productive in the morning you should definitely check out this book.

I used to think of rituals as something bad. I associated rituals with the occult. That was in my youth. Now I look at rituals as routine or habits. In truth, rituals can be good. Just as you have good habits and bad habits.

The author causes us to take another look at the morning rituals and shows us how to change the bad into good, the negative aspects of rituals into positives. The bsest time to plant that seed is now. Here comes the sun.

This book is amazing! Now I understand morning rituals much better than before and I have developed new ones. I remember I was lazy to get up at 8 am, but now I can easily get up at 6 am! It is fantastic to have some great morning rituals which increase the quality of the day! I highly recommend it!
