It is very well laid out, easy to read and understand.
Recommend to anyone wanting to lose weight and work with there doctor to get to goal weight, not a diet just a good way to change old habits to good eating habits.
Overall this was a great read and has started me on my way to an actual lifestyle change that I can maintain for the rest of my life!
