I'm a fan of law enforcement reality shows. Cops and Border Wars and two of my favorites. I will probably have to add Bordertown: Laredo to the list. What I really like about this show is the raw feel to it. The officers of the Laredo PD Narcotics Unit make no attempt to censor themselves for the camera. For example, on Cops and Border Wars, the officers act so overtly professional and courteous that it just seems fake. Not the case in Bordertown:Laredo. The officers swear at and chew out suspects they don't like without hesitation. It's even more entertaining if you speak Spanish as many of the arrest scenes are in Spanish (but don't worry, there are subtitles in those parts for all you English unilinguals). The storylines move along well and the 25 minutes go by fast.
