The quality is great. Good looking shoe. I am a 10.5 and it is a true to fit 10.5. Can't comment on the durability since I just got the. We'll see what the next six months brings.

I must say I was very psyched to pick up my first ever North Face product. I never understood why anyone would pay 100 dollars for a a fleece etc. because it had The North Face logo on it so they could look cool. This was different. I was looking for a product with a real purpose, boots that would keep my feet warm in 15 degree temps.
I purchased these boots because they were rated down to MINUS 25 degrees. I never ever actually believed it. Since I live in Philadelphia and the winters are not severe like Chicago and other places I added 40 degrees to that FALSE figure and came up with PLUS 15 degrees. I figured in this area that is all I need to be covered down to in order that my feet don't freeze.
I bought these back in September 2014 and didn't wear them until we had our first snowfall of less than 2 inches about a week ago. I used them for 4 hours and was in and out of heated buildings and my heated car MOST of the time. I wasn't outside for any extended length of time during this 4 hour period.
I said to myself, wow, my feet actually feel cold. So, when I got home I removed my 2 socks and sure enough, the balls of my feet AND toes were COLD.......THE AREA THEY ADVERTISE THAT THERE IS EXTRA INSULATION TO KEEP YOUR TOES WARM.
My biggest frustration in calling North Face, other than the guy telling me that The Snowsquall Mid isn't really a true winter boot that is meant to keep your feet warm, he flat out told me "THE NORTH FACE MAKES NO CLAIMS ABOUT TEMPERATURE RATING......................WHEN IT SAYS RATED TO --25 DEGREES RIGHT IN THEIR DESCRIPTION ON THEIR WEBSITE.
My suggestion is if you don't care if a $130 pair of winter boots keep your feet warm below 40 degrees fahrenheight then by all means go ahead and buy this comfortable high top sneaker. Enjoy!!

We were really hammered with snow and bitter cold this year. My husband's old boots could not take it. He would clear some snow and have to come in, change socks and dry the boots before going to clear the rest. After reading reviews on at least 20 different boots, I got him these. They have been perfect! Totally waterproof and warm. He uses them constantly. He said they were a bit tight in his normal size (10M) at first (at the top of his arch) but all boots need to be broken in. He loves them and said they are very comfortable.
