This video is great if you want to see Adams, TN and where everything happened. The video is at best an A-. It's not a million dollar Hollywood production but the information is A+.
I have always wanted to go down to Adams, but living 2000+ miles away it just isn't possible. With this DVD I was able to experience seeing all the locations and where everything happened. I did like the end where they just showed the locations. That gave me a chance to survey the land and get a better feel for where everything took place.
I am glad that I got this video. It gave me a chance to visit Adams without having to go across country.

Historical hauntings don't get scarier than this. As soon as I can get some vacation time I am heading to Adams.

Very amateurish production. Basically if you took a camcorder to the site of the Bell witch and jazzed it up with a fancy narrator and some snippity editing this is what you would have. Some interesting history is here and some good footage of Adams, TN and the Bell property.

the first 14 minutes of this documentary has audio trouble. one of the narrators speaks but there is no sound. i sent this one back and was told i would receive a replacement. i really didn't want the second one because i felt it too would have the same audio problem. and sure as can be it did. i had to pay postage to return these defective dvds and lost out on this deal. doesn't someone on the quality control team of this documentary check these dvds before they are released to the public??? the lowest rating you can give is a single star or i would have rated this with a 0 star. save your time and your money and don't order this.

The DVD bills itself as the "official" video of the Bell Witch phenomenon but I'm not sure why this documentary would lay claim to this status. The DVD is poorly executed, the camera work is amateur at best, the sound levels are all over the board and the narrator gives the most annoying narration I have ever seen in a documentary. If overacting can be achieved by a narrator, this man deserves an award.

Several individuals were interviewed during the documentary but it is never explained who they are and why they are qualified to present evidence of the Bell Witch legend. It appears that the director of the video invited anyone off the street to contribute their two-cents to the production without regard to credibility.

The worst part of this documentary is the lack of substance. The viewers are given a general highlight of the facts but they never delve into the meat of the story. Viewers are left with an unsatisfied feeling and many questions go unanswered.

What were interesting were the shots of Adams and seeing the locations where the events took place. Unfortunately they went overboard at the end when they showed the locations over and over and put it to music.

In my opinion this documentary was put together by a couple of buddies with a camcorder and some home editing equipment. You are not receiving a quality product. You will watch it once and sell it at your next garage sale for quarter. Avoid this one.

It was really cool seeing Adams TN, "where it all started" as it is today, there was so much information I watched it several times the first day.

I learned so much about the Bell Witch from this video, it was great.

Thought this was a movie not a documemtary. I read a book on this and it was more informantive.

This is okay for anyone who just wants to 'sight see' the movie, and not HEAR what anyone is saying.
The sound was horrible throughout,and I could hear nothing until the last few minutes, then it suddenly blasted to full volume, and frightened the crap out of me, after I had turned it up as loud as it would go to try to hear what was being said, during the rest of the video.
On the plus side: It is nice to be able to SEE all the important areas around Adams Tennessee where everything happened, especially if like me, you know what you're looking at. (But if you don't, you might as well forget it, since you can't hear the guides or others at all.)
I just wish I could hear the whole thing, and not just the last three minutes of it.
It really is not worth the money when you can't hear the interviews and descriptions of the places you're visiting on this video.

This video was not very good...I wouldn't advise anyone to waste their money on it!
