The Panic Attack Solution by Dr. Mort Orman offers excellent information and valuable advice that is easy to understand and follow. If you suffer from panic attacks or you know someone who does, I believe this brief guide will help you obtain relief. As a person who has experienced panic attacks, I can tell the doctor knows what he's talking about. I believe if I had had this information at that time I would have resolved my own problem much faster. I highly recommend this book to anyone who experiences panic attacks or anxiety and doesn't know why.

Panic attacks can be very worrying and often occur at unexpected times.
This book really helps to understand where they come from and why they can escalate out of control.
Understanding means you can be part way through finding a solution that works.
The suggested remedies for improving reactions to panic attacks are I think, very valid.
I will be using the information to help me in my panic attacks and feelings of anxiety.

This is a mediocre and generalized solution with little real help. There is no new information to be had from the book that couldn't be found in a magazine. It is generally the same information that your general practitioner would give and is far from being a 'solution' to the problem. It adequately describes the condition but the suggestions for controlling the condition are very basic. Nothing new here.

Hello. If you don't already know me, I'm a physician, author, stress coach and Founder of the Stress Mastery Academy. For the past 30 years, I've been helping people eliminate stress from their lives without having to manage it. I've also been the official sponsor of National Stress Awareness Month in the U.S. every April since 1992. Please take a look at some of the books about stress I've written, including several recent Kindle titles.

All of my books revolve around one central message--that each of us is much more capable of eliminating stress than we give ourselves credit for. The problem is most of what we've been taught to believe about stress isn't really true. And each of my books shows you how to overcome these widespread stress misconceptions.

I am now 65, but for the first 30 years of my life, I was dreadfully awful at dealing with stress. I was angry, irritable, anxious, frustrated and tense much of the time. My relationships were often strained, and I occasionally felt depressed to the point of being hopeless that life would ever be enjoyable for me.

Now, however, and for the past 35 years, I hardly ever feel angry or stressed anymore. I've been happily married to my wife Christina for 29 years and I couldn't be happier with my life and all the opportunities ahead of me.

What made the difference for me was finding out just how wrong most of our ideas about stress truly are today and then having the good fortune to gain new understandings that led me to develop both the coping and teaching abilities I have today.
