Its amazing what people will allow you to see of their personal lives. I recommend this series.
One show had a mom with issues, a husband that was enabling of those issues, and kids that were being fed by the parents and used sippy cups. They should've had their kids taken from them. This is beyond helicopter mom (and dad).
I couldn't watch anymore. My wife and daughter like to watch these.

Of all the 'nanny' shows I like this one best. Debra actually tells parents, both those watching and in the home how to respond to their children's behavior. I've noticed that other nanny shows lack instruction but only show 'bad' behavior and then suddenly 'good' behavior with little or no instruction.

good stuff; no nonsense; quality content. I breath of fresh air in reality television. We can't get enough.
Now if only Miss Deborah could show up on Toddlers & Tieras to put those moms and daughters right, our country would be in a better place.

This is a great show! Her techniques actually work :) She tells it like it is and she helps marriages and families get their lives back together.

We love Nanny 911 but I felt in this version, the Nanny comes across overbearing, overconfident, all knowing and condescending. In the couple episodes we watched, there was a lack of physical affection encouraged between parent and child (after the calm down corner)...no hugs, just an explanation of what they did wrong and then move on to the next thing. This may be different in other episodes and can vary from family to family but it was sad to see a toddler go through 2 hours of the calm down corner and then be walked to bed without hugs. The Nanny displays emotions but I felt she was more abrasive than compassionate...almost like she needs to prove herself as a strong, confident woman. Her methods appear to work but you don't get warm fuzzies watching her.

I LOVE Supernanny. The original one with Jo Frost. While this Supernanny does have techniques that work really well (such as separation) I just like Jo better. I prefer time-out to calm down time. I love that we always see Jo work out a family schedule. I only watched a couple of episodes because this Supernanny did a few things that drove me nuts (such as calm down time instead of going to bed), but there you have it.
