Book Description

July 17, 2012
Since the day Aaron Burr, the sitting vice president of the United States, shot and killed Alexander Hamilton, one of the Founding Fathers, the Democratic Party has been at war with America. With a history that includes murder, treason, slavery, segregation, sedition, bribery, and systemic vote theft, it can argued that the Democrats are, at root, the anti-American party.

In this incendiary Broadside – a heartfelt j’accuse – Michael Walsh traces the illicit and immoral history of the Democrats from Burr and the founding of the quintessential big-city political machine, Tammany Hall, to the “by any means necessary,” Saul Alinsky-inspired presidency of Barack Obama and his Windy City cronies. The prosecutorial argument: The Democrats, in essence, are nothing less than a criminal organization masquerading as a political party.

5.0 out of 5 stars All the dirt, all the scandals, from Burr onwards July 24, 2012

Reader, beware. Michael Walsh considers the Democratic Party to be "a criminal organization masquerading as a political party," and this broadside is a devastating attack on that party's history, which makes me feel like saying, "Now, Michael, don't be so timid...tell us what you REALLY think of Democrats." :-)

But that does not make this booklet invalid. It is true, beyond doubt, that Aaron Burr killed Alexander Hamilton, and was never brought to justice, and it is also true that the Democrats were on the wrong side of the slavery issue for a century. Most people don't know that the KKK was strictly an organization of Democrats, but hey! Do you think The New York Times is going to tell you that?!

Another point to think about: how many states have fallen under Democrat machine control? I would count Illinois and Nevada for starters, but Walsh has a longer list.

Don't buy this book for an unbiased, even-handed treatment. But you might want to have a peek at the forbidden facts that nobody wants you to know. And you might want to think about the latest Democrat criminal action, which consists of government employee unions working hand-in-glove with corrupt Democrat politicians. The Democrats obviously want to be in office, and the unions give them huge "donations." So when the next raise is on the table, guess what happens.

In this way, we wind up with firemen earning over $200,000 per year (not to mention their pensions) and we even find one City Manager who managed to award himself over $500,000 per year. The Lord only knows how much the unions made off with. It's another one of those California bankruptcies, that's all. Nothing to see here, move along.

Indeed.

Michael Walsh, former associate editor of Time Magazine and a columnist for The New York Post delivers harsh facts and arguments, after tracing the history of the Democrats from Aaron Burr, and the founding of the big-city political machine. He reveals about facts gathered involving crime, scandals, and much more as the war on America continues. The arguments and facts presented are not only thought-provoking throughout, but will certainly make you ponder long after this book is closed. Informative, Educational, and Highly Recommended!

5.0 out of 5 stars A Must Read November 12, 2012

This edition was excellent. The history of the Democratic party is shocking (even to those who consider themselves history buffs)- and sheds a lot of light onto the situation we're facing today concerning politics and the party's evolutionary undertaking. A critical understanding of the party is essential in understanding where it is today and where it's headed, and I think this one is a must-read for all those who are concerned with the state of politics today.
