I believe in coaching. I use an executive coach. As a physician, former Chief Medical Officer and current hospital administrator, I have found a coaching approach invaluable when working with my team. The Physician As Coach does an excellent job of sharing the benefits of a coaching approach in an interesting story-telling format. I would recommend it to physicians and physician leaders everywhere. --Monica Reed, M.D. - Administrator, Florida Hospital Celebration Health
Great read. At times, it is humorous; at others, poignant. More importantly, this book presents an understandable approach and methodology that works. --Eugene E. Wright, Jr. M.D. - Medical Director, Primary Care Services, CapeFear Valley Health Systems
