Every writer should read this. Journalist, novelist, TV dramatist...and, of course, playwright. These writers are honest about their struggles, their work habits, their inspirations, and their fears -- and, collectively, these interviews will buoy even the most fragile of egos. It's smartly edited, diverse, and engaging.
