Extremely comprehensive and informative. Great for beginners like myself as a solid entry into a better way of living. It gives great advice + reasoning to techniques for different challenges. I have immediately modified my approach to everyday situations and found great satisfaction.

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful By Vicky on May 22, 2013
Format: Kindle Edition
I follow breathing routine from this book every morning. The same routine, author claims to follow. I do five sets from a total of seven sets. Because the two sets I don't follow are mostly meditation and `OM'mantra. I also do a few he gives from "Art of Living." I feel like new person with vigor and vitality. This book is must for healthy living.

What convinced me to believe in this author were references that include authors' qualifications (Ph.D. or MD or both) and the scientific journal or book when he talks about benefits of breathing (p9-13).
