classic song that never gets old. never.

I do however have a beef with Amazon and their MP3 service.

I purchased this MP3. It never showed up in my downloader. I wrote them to let them now I didn't receive it. Not a word in response to my email. Nothing. Not even an excuse as to why they wouldn't be able to fix it. The old 'screw you' of silence.

In the past I also had a faulty download of another MP3. It actually skipped/jumped in the middle of the song. So just know that things can go wrong with the purchase and download of MP3's at Amazon, and that there are bugs or something in the software.

And DO NOT expect Amazon to try and fix the situation. They will assume you are trying to rip them off. Once you click the purchase button you are on your own.

I love Amazon, I really do, but for some reason on MP3 downloads, they won't back up their product and therefore get an F for making the customer unhappy when things go wrong.
