If you work with other people, you know how challenging it can be to find common
ground, create productive working relationships, lead without taking over, and share
your perspectives while listening openly to others who have a different view. This book
covers all the practical ways to work through all of these life/work issues and so much
more, and does it simply and effectively.

I've read this book several times and now keep it close to my desk as a reference for helping people in all kinds of situations when they need to get unstuck. The PRIMES is not only an entertaining and quick read, but it's chock full of insights that are helping me help other people move past all kinds of issues that tie up progress unnecessarily. I've given a copy to all my clients and it's becoming a shared vocabulary we can use to recognize problems - even in the middle of meetings - and institute immediate and effective course corrections. This book is helping my clients and I get stuff done faster and more effectively. And - it's a great read. I love the illustrations, which are easy to absorb and even duplicate. Chris' style is empowering. When you're done reading it you're ready to take on anything! (and you will!)

The PRIMES succeeds in providing simple terms and illustrations that anyone in any field could identify with and use when tackling their most complex problems. I highly recommend the PRIMES to anyone who seeks to make a difference in the world!
