I am very pleased with this upgrade. I have owned each upgrade since 5.0 and this is the best since 6.0. I got the DVD so there is no disk swapping and find the extra graphics more usuable. It is simple to put together your printed material and easy to find the projects that you have saved with the new picture viewer of each one. I use some projects like labels and cards often. The photo software is better than most. You don't loose the original photo when you change it in this system. I love Print Shop. I have used several other brands and still come back to this one. The newletters are the best and it is easy to change the graphics. It also works well with other software systems if you need to transfer part of a project to it.

...there are only 6 CDs and not 10 and that there is an offer to buy The Print Shop Deluxe 12 on DVD for on $9.95. That's right no more disc swapping. I own this program and it is the best to come along since version 6. Take it from, someone who has actually used the software. I have also ordered my DVD version and can't wait for it to get here. Hope I have been of some help to you.

I can do almost anything I can think of with this program, and some things that i didn't think of before! There are tons of graphics. The only downfall is having to load and reload the CD's again and again.

It is pretty easy to use, so you probably won't need one. I called them to assist me in finding it on the program disk, and they confirmed that it wasn't there. The help tips can be a little frustrating because navigating through all the stuff you don't need takes time, and I prefer to read the book first and attack later. The program is solid however for making sub-professional looking labels and importing graphics from scanners, DV fire wire, or the Internet.

Graphics okay but the navigation is way too lengthy. It is way too frustrating when error message comes up and erases all that you have typed/arranged. Would not recommend this product after trying to print a sign for the past hour!

This Software is the Best!! It is very easy to use and has almost everything you'd need for projects etc.

This is a great product its the best software of its kind. But if they think I'm going to swap 10 Cds when I have a DVD player there are crazy. I have PrintShop 10 on DVD and I love it.
