I checked out the information about this book on Amazon. I was trying to find a cookbook with recipes to send to a friend who is incarcerated. I thought this book would be well received and full of recipes. But, alas, even though the name of the book is: "Prison Cookbook", it has three recipes in of the more exciting ones being for "Gruel" from way back in the day. Come to find out, the Cookbook, is NOT a cookbook at all; it is something to do with the history of cooking inside a prison........Pretty bad when incarcerated folks will read just about anything, but no one had any interest in even reading this book. Anyway, I am asking to return the book and receive a full refund....especially since the cost of this book was over $15.00....
