I've been listening to the podcasts by Timothy Pychyl for over a year, and I find that over time I get better and better at getting the business of living done - I'm a lifelong procrastinator from a whole family of procrastinators, and believe me, it's not easy to just do something you have to do when you can think of a million other things to do instead. This book is a great companion to the audio. Don't be put off by the short length, there are great tips to "just do it" - whatever "it" is!

This short book is by far the BEST book on procrastination I've ever read.
1) Short chapters (that even chronic procrastinators can finish)
2) Lots of useful tools that we can imply right away ('change is about doing, not just reading')
3) The book is written in a simple, unpretentious way, like a friend is talking with you about your problem and offer his help.
4) Great price for such a book!

Thank you Mr. Pychyl for writing this wonderful guide to help me solve my procrastination puzzle.

Readers, make sure to check out the author's free iProcrastinate Podcasts!

I've been listening to the iprocrastinate podcasts for quite some time, so I was thrilled to order this digest when it came out. I have to say that it has been very helpful for me, giving me that extra motivation that is so necessary for me to be able to stay on task with my research. I definitely recommend it to anyone that struggles with staying on task or even suffers from anxiety related to work.

This book is of great help. However, it needs to be approached with determination: you have to believe that change is possible and that Dr. Pychyl's tips will really help you out. No magic formula for procrastination but hard work, focus and keeping his wonderful based-on-research tips into account. Good luck in your endeavors to all of you!
