The book was a gift to a person from Thailand who was taking lessons to learn English, It was a great reading tool for them and also very helpful in the corrrect pronunciation of the basic English sentences. Like any new language interpersonal communication and practice helps the learner.

When you are not quite sure, this is the book. A must for every library. I have my "English Handbook" from college and it is a bit tattered. "The Queeen's English" is the perfect replacement.

The main strength of this book is its emphasis on the ambiguity found in the language. It needs one or several exercise books.

I had high hopes having read similar books on English, German and Polish. This one is very poorly written; examples are extremely abstract and make no sense when given out of context.
Quality is worse than typical textbook – really disappointing.
