This is a great beginning to the culinary world of quinoa but far from comprehensive or complete. Contains a small sampling of recipes. I downloaded the book on kindle for free and did not feel that it was a waste of time but would not want to have paid the $3.00 price point that the publisher has set for the very short work since the same info is readily available from other sources for free.

I find it very hard to cook with quinoa and was excited to start with these new recipes but didn't really like anyone of them. Sorry but I would not buy this book again.
