A number of years ago, I had the opportunity to assist in radio-tracking woodland caribou in extreme northeastern Washington while working for the U.S. Forest Service in the Colville National Forest. Many people don't realize that caribou are found in the lower 48 states. This book answers many question I've had concerning the ecology, biology, husbandry, and distribution of caribou/reindeer, along with containing excellent photos. This is a must read for caribou/reindeer lovers.

Arrived on time. This was a Christmas gift and was greatly appreciated. This book went with other reindeer related items.
