This episode was relatively drama-free. The more intense things happened in the previous episode.

That said, this is my current opinion.

Camille-
Much nicer than they portrayed her in previous seasons. She was probably dealing with a lot, trying to hide the fact that she knew Kelsey was going to leave her. He seemed to be always on her mind, in the last season. She kept talking about him and not being just Mrs. Kelsey Grammar. I think she was tryng to cope with the fact that they would no longer be together. This season, she seems much more balanced and sweet. I am warming up to her.

Adrienne-
By far, my favorite housewife. She is so reasonable. She always tries to mediate between these ladies. She seems to be a positive force. She tries to build, instead of focus on drama. I noticed how she and Lisa seem to be the most successful in business and life and coincidentally are the most emotionally balanced of all the housewives.

Lisa-
She is a funny lady. Always, she makes wise cracks. She seems to have a good sense of humor. However, for whatever reason she seems to really stick by Kyle, no matter what. I like her storyline. She seems pretty reasonable. Maybe this is because she had to work to get her money.

Taylor -
She only had a bit part in this episode. She seems to identify herself as a victim a lot though. She seems to think about her past a lot. This episode actually portrayed her in a nice light though because it showed that she seemed to be able to empathize with others. Unlike Kim, who seems to be self-absorbe and who wallows in her suffering, Taylor tries to reach out to others. I think this is probably one of the reasons Taylor has so many friends.

WOW! Talk about a house party that goes out of control. This episode was way more intense than what happened last year at Camille's. I love watching this show as my guilty pleasure. It is just reality tv in a fancier setting than most people would ever be exposed to. These women have such ridiculous amounts of money. Everything is over the top and lavish.

*SPOILER ALERT: BELOW*

In this episode, Dana hosts a game night for Taylor and Taylor's friends. Dana is an event planner in her day job. Every meal involves champagne and really expensive looking custom-made desserts. The desserts are all party themed. It wasn't really well planned though as Camille pointed out; there seemed to be a lack of essentials. Kind of like this lifestyle. There's a lot of the superficial but some substance is missing.
( If anyone knows how to get into the party planning business-- I think based on this episode even I'm qualified... )

Anyways, the action happens when the girls get to charades. For some strange reason, it seems like Kyle and Kim have decided to gang together against the new girl, Brandi. This may be because Brandi is relatively young and beautiful looking. She was a model in the 90s and totally looks like it, still. Last year, Kyle and Kim pulled the same stunt towards Camille. I think it was because Camille was the one to envy then. Craziness! It was interesting to see this dynamic perpetuate. These women should be thankful they have good fortune in life, but it seems like what they have is not enough.

Also, it seems like your personality must be fixed from when you are younger? Throughout the entire evening, you could watch the sisters just slowly egg on Brandi. They keep saying increasingly rude things, until Brandi loses her cool.

This episode is a bit dark. It starts off with the usual glamourous setting. The girls have gone to visit Camille in one of her homes. This is in Colorado. The place is gorgeous. The setting is filled with opulance. Once again, you see though that money is not everything. Despite having oodles of money and luxury, drama and problems always rear their head. It is interesting... I think reality shows can be a guilty pleasure but also a study of human behavior. We are all very much alike despite our status.

The wedding was nice, but it certainly didn't take the place of what I've come to expect, given past real housewives finales. Big let down for me. I guess it was the best they could do given the unusual circumstances this season for the BevHills women (i.e. Taylor's husband).

Can anyone just say what they actually mean. Game night Kyle was so interested in being in denial for Kim that it wasn't actually her fault. It was Kim's. She was being totally rude and was loaded on something. It's always about her. Even when she gets sober as far forward as 4th season reunion she expects everyone else is to apologize to her for how they handled her alcoholism, and her constantly holding everyone up. Kyle steps back and she pulls her back in. She says not to get involved in her decisions but every single time there is anything about Kyle she ruins it with her crap. Its always some deep dark problem, then Kyle gets judged for how she handles it. Gawd, she is annoying. I thought SHE was supposed to apologize for how she treated people during her drinking days, not the other way around. I mute it and zip forward past her part in every episode, that's how irritating it is. I have a sister who sees things that way. Like at Lisa's vow renewal in season 3 she goes on and on and on about Brandi "hurting her", says "it was my life that was ruined!" WHAT? Brandi didn't ruin her life she did it to herself. Like 6 times she says "don't forget, what do you mean me too, she hurt me first" OMG, SHUT UP. Go away. You were not backing her up on game night she was following you around walking on eggshells to hide the fact that you were ruining the party.
