Biography

These days it's hard out here for a rapper. Being lyrical is not enough. You have to make up the complete package. You have to look the part, act the part, and be the part. The girls have to love you and the guys have to want to be you. You have to have that swagger, energy, attitude and talent all combined into the perfect package to make today's rap star. And that's exactly what ... Read more in Amazon's Young Buck Store

So sue to 50 Cent holding Bucks contract in his back pocket Buck has been absent from the album scene for a couple years. This cd is released on underground distribution lable Real Talk ent. which by the way releases some real quality albums from quality artist so check them all out. But on to my review the cd is loaded with nice beats and a hungry Buck as he fights to sell this cd independently and without the backing of a major record lable for the first time. He delivers 100%. On all Real Talk ent. albums theres always a intro a outro and a couple skits so the 14 tracks are normally more like 10 or 11. But the album is short and sweet and worth every penny. Today I was supprised to see a endcap loaded with Buck cds at Best BUy for only 7.99 so I got my copy there and I'm gonna bump this thing to the fullest.

I recently bought all of Buck's mixtapes on Amazon, & love em. I always liked his style over the other Gunit no talent rappers. The others just did not have his talent, & Buck can't catch a break as I just read the IRs raided his home in August, but talent this man has, & I will continue to support him. 50 & the rest of the no talent will fade away. The album is Buck, if you are like me, you will like or love it. Go Buck...

Cashville is back. Buck did his thing with The Rehab as usual. If you follow Buck's singles then you might know some of the songs but if not then they are all new to you. Buck is the most underrated rapper in the south and the game right now.

I am waiting fer my album to get here in the mail rite now,but i downloaded it and listened to a masterpiece. This is the hottest album of the summer in my opinion. Its short but thats all right when every song is a 8/10 at worst.I had doubts about Buck leaving the G-Unit but I think he is better off without them now.

Buck's flow on this album is great as usual. Also the beats are some of the best he's used. The problem w/ the album is he decides to sing most of the chorus' himself. I like that a bunch of cheezy R&B artists weren't used to fill the hook, but Buck should take a page out of Pacs book and RAP the chorus! He's a "rapper" right?

Smoke our lives away (track 2) could be one of the best rap songs ever, the beat is a 10+, his flow is a 10, but then he butchers the chorus w/ a half-assed trainwreck of singing/screaming.

Overall the album is a buy, hopefully he remixes track 2 in the future and doesn't try to do too much on the hook/chorus
