I travel quite a bit and these bands work great! I can easily toss them into my luggage and I'm assured of being able to workout, no matter what city I'm in. I can never count on having a good gym when I travel, but the bands take care of that. And the quality of the bands is superb. I wasn't sure what to expect when I bought them, but was very pleased at what I received. And it's all there in the package - all the grips and holds I need. This product just makes sense.

I have been using the bands everyday for the past month and love them. Received an immediate response when contacting them regarding an issue I was having with one of the bands. It was quickly resolved and I would definitely buy from them again.

This is a great portable gym you can take anywhere. There is a variety of resistance so all levels can utilize it. It's durable and flexible and fits easily in your suitcase if you are traveling.

The set comes with a mesh bag to store all of the pieces, but unfortunately it does not come with any sort of instructions or list of pieces. I was puzzled by the strap with the ball sewn into the end. I have since found out this is the door anchor.

I like the basic idea, but I had a band break in less than a month under light to normal use. It broke near the end where the clip is.

I bought this and I am satisfied with the quality of the item. It has everything you need for a resistance band workout. This was my first time buying this sort of product. The issue is there was nothing paper inside the item except for a tiny slip that explains the resistance level of the different colored bands. Being that this was my first experience, a simple explanation about how to use them and a few starter exercise would have definitely made me a very happy shopper.

I'd recommend looking for one of the products with a book/manual or DVD of some sort so you know how to use it if you're a newbie. If you already know what you're doing, then go for it! The build quality is high, and it comes with a nice mesh bag that everything is already inside of. Basically just perfect as long as you don't need any instructions.

This product was well packaged and came with everything that was listed. They, combined with healthy eating, have helped me tone my body and lose weight as well as gain strength. Thank you for this wonderful system.
