Great Resource for Social Psych Students (Who Can't Afford the Full Handbook, Which is Pretty Much Everyone.)
on June 27, 2012
This handbook is, as the name says, concise. On one hand, this is its appeal; it's much cheaper and serves as a good overview of social psychology topics. However, beyond your first year or two of advanced study, this handbook might be a little too general. It should be a good place to find useful citations, though, and may help with studying for qualifying exams. I will say that this handbook's breadth is impressive considering its limited space. Great for undergrads and for early graduate students, maybe less so for students who are further along and need more specifics.
