P. Diddy is the worst coat tailer in the history of hip hop. Sure he might be an alright producer, but he does not deserve a dollar he has ever made or shamelessly flaunted. I remeber that one song on the Marshal Mathers LP were Em disses everyone who has stolen money from Pac's and Big's legacy saying it's as if they had switched wallets. Well I would dare say that Diddy is wearing Biggie's wallet right now. Big is the only good artist on his sorry label, name one artist who is rapping about anything relevant on his label, hell even name somebody on his roster that is capable of being a flow master. I must speak plainly to all you ignorant rap fans, this is not something that you want to hear. There are so many rappers out there who deserve the money that Diddy stole from all the deserving rappers (through exploiting his friendship to Biggie). Woodie, Brotha Lynch, Mac Lethal, Atmosphere... the list goes on. But instead we have rap producers like P. Diddy forcing commercial rap on it.

"everybody is rapping like it's a commercial"

Diddy is the bane of hip hop, he represent every wordly MC that only advertise products and life styles in their songs. This is not the true spirit of rap, it wasn't founded on whoring yourself for money or at least that's the way it should be. Rap is declining, it's collapsing, even the underground is decaying. It seems like every MC on T.V. is wack, all the underground MCs will never get what they deserve (becuase the rap game is just filled with whores). Diddy will keep this sinking ship weighted, he's making it sink faster and faster. Commercialism is destroying hip hop, commercialism is destroying music! Greedy rappers high off of money and sluts, they think they are gods who are infinatly rich when we all know that the label is just lending them money to look rich. I'm sick of it. No, stop selling your damn G-unit sneakers, your not hood. Your doing you hood not good and your destroying the scene. Disgusting. Disgusting that there is nothing left to talk about other than money and sluts. Too bad that there are few mainstream rappers who want to change the game, to stop chasing money and to stop whoring themselves. They make car tires, start resturaunts, shoes, liquor and stupid clothes. They make stupid music that isn't more than a mere commercial. Yes there are still relevant MCs, there are still MCs who don't do love rap sh*t, but they are surrounded by posturing morons who chase money. Let's all hope this stops, let's all hope that mainstream rap can once again be something to be proud of. I'm not saying that every rapper who has made it doesn't deserve the money that they make, I'm just saying that most don't. Most don't becuase they exploit the music they make just for the love of money, not the love of music or creating something beautiful and able to be appreciated. Nothing but vapors of something that could have been great.
