This band was suggested by a friend who had a demo of their stuff, needless to say it was awesome. I usually dont buy complete cd's anymore because 5 of the ten songs sound identical, but this is definately not the case with The Sea and the Serpents Beneath. Would recommend to anyone who likes music!

I watied 5 years for this album, was disappointed about the new lead singer, started listening and it sounds so different from there older stuff. But it was not terrible. I actually really ended up liking the cd. If you are a fan of The Smashup, it is def a top choice to get.
