About the Author
Janet Rosenzweig, MS , PhD, MPA
, is a research associate for Prevent Child Abuse America. She earned her bachelor’s degree and master’s at Penn State, her PhD in social work from Rutgers, and her MPA from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard. She’s held teaching positions at Rider University, the College of New Jersey, Rutgers University, and Penn State. From 2001 to 2007, she was the executive director of Prevent Child Abuse New Jersey and in 2009, she was appointed as a visiting associate professor at the Montclair State University Center for Child Advocacy. She lives with her husband in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
