4.0 out of 5 stars Lovely African-Arab world music, October 15, 2008
This review is from: The Silimbo Passage (Audio CD)
Seckou Keita SKQ "The Silimbo Passage" (2008)

This is the third album by the Seckou Keita Quintet, a lively group based in the UK, featuring kora player and Senegalese-born singer Seckou Keita, female vocalist Binta Suso and Egyptian violinist Samy Bishai. This album is lulling and relaxed, in keeping with the best West African kora music. Definitely worth checking out! (DJ Joe Sixpack, Slipcue Guide To World Music)
