I was very skeptical about this product at first. Me? Put water up my nose....ON PURPOSE? How stupid do you think I am?

However, constant sneezing and irritation due to a dusty work environment eventually made me give in and try this thing out.

It's absolutely amazing! The first few times are very strange. The feeling you get when using it for the first time is similar to snorting water up your nose while swimming (not very pleasent) and your nose will most likely run for a day or two afterwards, so keep some tissues on hand.

If you use it on a regular basis though, you'll really be pleased with the results. I was sneezing at least 15 times a day and now I only sneeze 1-3 times and only at the end of the day after I've been inhaling dust at work for 9 hours. I no longer have to deal with a stuffed up nose and the constant nosebleeds I was getting from rubbing at it so much to ease the irritation.

The one thing I have to warn you about with this item is NOT to use tap water. I tried using tap water at first and it felt like someone lit fire to my nose hairs. To remedy this, I bought some cheap distilled water and it worked like a charm. Also, please follow the instructions which say to use lukewarm water and breathe with your mouth. If you follow the simple instructions you'll become a neti pro in no time.

So if you have allergies and you're tired of shoveling benadryl down your throat every day, I'd really give this a try. You might just be pleasently suprised.

I started reading about the use of Neti pot's for sinus problems after a life long problem in this area and decided to try one. I have to admit the first time I used it it did feel strange but more or less like you feel when you go swim and get water up your nose! Now..I wouldn't go a day without using it. I have not had any sinus infections in over a year! When I go into a meeting at work (I work from home)I come home and do the Neti pot and I feel like I am washing those germs right down the drain. Think of it as a washing of your nose, a bathing like you do a shower or a hand wash and it makes sense.
The first time you use it you will be amazed about 2-3 hours later when you bend over to pick something up the salt water drips out! It's been in there all that time starting to heal up all that irritation. It is a great item!

I have suffered with terrible sinus infections my entire life. My doctor strongly suggested that I begin using a neti pot, because I was getting sick every 6 weeks or so and having to take a round of anti-biotics to get rid of my sinus infection. Feeling the beginnings of yet another sinus infection trying to take hold, I ordered the SinuCleanse. I have to admit that the first couple of times that I used it, it felt a little strange, but even after using the neti pot the first day, I began experiencing the positive effects of it right away.
I now use the neti pot on a daily basis - every morning before I take my shower. It is has become a regular part of my morning routine, just like brushing my teeth. It has helped me immensely and I can tell you that I haven't had a sinus infection or a sinus headache since I began using the neti pot!
It has been a lifesaver for me! Everyone should use one!
