Comment: This book has already been well loved by someone else and that love shows. It MIGHT have highlighting, underlining, be missing a dust jacket, or SLIGHT water damage, but over-all itâ€TMs still a good book at a great price! (if it is supposed to contain a CD or access code, that may be missing)

Format: Paperback
Dr. Dyer first puts into words, the reasons why you set limits on anything you want or need to do. He then, through examples in nature, physics, and common sense, makes the most valid arguments as to why ANYONE can remove those limits, and not only achieve, but grow. The book is not religious, but it is spiritual in an almost cosmic sense. Beware, this book may cause you to change the way you live and look at life, in a way that most people only dream of.

I agree with the previous reviewer that said this is Wayne Dyer's best written book. I also agree with the previous reviewer that said that this is an honest guide to living. Wayne Dyer points out that our human lives are very fragile. Whether we so choose or not, they can come to an abrupt end without a second's warning. Therefore, it is wise to appreciate the living of now when life is really offered to us. He says that a person is not a failure as a person just because they failed to achieve a particular goal. We need to accept the belief that we don't need losers in order to have winners. Winning is an internal process by having high self-esteem. Winning is really an attitude. This book is a very realistic book and very much to the point.

Frankly, it is the author's best book. Use the philosophy in teaching college kids.
