I am not one to purchase self help books. In my life I have always used my gut feeling when it counted so I immediately connected with this message and decided to see if this woman could really help me hone that part of myself. It was astonishing to me how well she outlined not only the experience I was already having but all the ways that I never dreamed I could use my gut instincts. Things have gotten easier and easier as I am able to feel into what is the right thing to say, do or move toward moment to moment. Having no need to analysis what to do in various situations saves me time, stress and energy. I cannot recommend this book and CD enough. Make sure you got to their website and get the 8 seminar download that comes with the book. They are really worth the time and effort to listen to.

I've loved Zen for years - have listened to her podcasts, watched her You Tube videos, etc. Then I heard a podcast with THE Jack Canfield who'd invited Zen to speak to his Transformational Leadership Council - and when I heard one of it's members equate Zen to a shaman, I slapped my forehead with "oh, YA, that's what she is"!!!! I love that she gives credit to Esther Hicks for introducing her to the IGS, and I love that Zen took that introduction and has taken the effort to bring the IGS to the masses (I know Abraham Hicks does too - and I love them). Zen's style, her down to earth, human (again, I love Abraham, but it works easier for me getting my info from a spirit in human, non channeled form) approach just really makes it easy for me to understand, and thus apply the IGS.
Give it a try, watch her You Tube videos - you'll feel like she's talking just to you! Then, just try using the IGS and I think you'll agree - it's so SIMPLE, and something we're each BORN WITH.

I'm impressed with The Smart Soul book, and the insights that Zen DeBrucke has for accessing what is inside us all. From time to time, I had insights that I could count on, that I could trust. I was amazed at how easy this book was to read and to understand how I can tap into my internal guidance system, and be able to consistently ~ with some practice, of course ~ be able to trust and rely on what I was natural inside me! I'm making better choices now. I'm delighted to have this tool to utilize on a daily basis, about all kinds of things. I've also had a chance to do some of the online work thru The Smart Soul Academy, which is complimentary with the book. It is valuable to have a resource to go to , as well as have a guide that is knowlegeable. I believe that this book could help others, as it's helped me!
