Recommended with a couple cautions

Great book for smoothie lovers! Just five simple steps to improving one’s health, losing weight, adding essential nutrients to one’s diet, and helping prevent aging. Also included: tips for substituting foods, the best equipment to buy, how to save time and money, and how to purchase and prepare produce. Most recipes have 4 to 6 easy-to-follow steps with few ingredients. Additional pluses: the dessert smoothies will leave you feeling anything but deprived, and the list of The Dirty Dozen and The Clean Fifteen is invaluable.
I recommend this book with a couple of cautions, though: I'm not big on cleanses, so I would bypass those chapters, and some superfoods may be difficult to find (there’s a few I’ve never even heard of).
