5.0 out of 5 stars A must read for marketers. October 9, 2012
Format:Paperback
I'm a freelance social media marketer and I am always looking for great books to recommend to clients. I've found that that there has been a huge gap. There are a lot of books talking about why you should use social media, but don't talk about the commerce aspects. Most books are generalist or talk about the customer service aspects of it.

This book fills that gap. It had a lot of case studies and practical tips. I felt relief after finish it as it connected a lot of ideas in a way that was really easy to understand. It is also really practical. Each chapter ends with ideas that you can implement immediately. This will be able to help a lot of business owners.

I also think its a useful read for digital marketers. It gave me a lot of resources to reference in my blog posts and changed my opinion of Facebook commerce. It is a lot easier then going through blog archives and magazine articles to follow several social commerce trends.

Just a quick tip: Don't buy the facebook commerce book in addition to this. It is the same information, instead of an expanded guide. Choose the book that is relevant to you.
