Format: Paperback
I enjoyed T. Geoffrion's Spiritled leadership. His personal experiences in leadership and life experiences help make it an easy read.

He does a great job synthesizing his thoughts with other's thoughts on the issue: from Brother Lawrence on servant leadership to current secular leadership gurus like the "get the right people on the bus" guy I'm spacing his name---.

I also liked the creative format that seems crafted to make the book practical after reading i.e. "what's needed, what's real...."

Thanks Tim ,I'm recommending it to our staff

After a first quick reading I believe this book is a helpful addition to the resources available for leadership, especially in Christian ministry positions and Christian based businesses. A bit repetitious, the author lays out a strong foundation for leading others into a cooperative and harmonious relationship.
