If you have read or would like to read The Sutras of Pantanjali and the Bhagahad Gita this is a great companion book to pull the two philosophical books together..oh, and apply yoga to everyday life. I'd recommend reading the last chapter first, it was recommended to me and I am to really apply the "everyday yoga" to my life and my journaling. I highly recommend this boo.

Very interesting book with a lovely overview regarding genuine philosophical thought in relation to yoga.

Perfect reminder that yoga is much more than health providing gymnastics !!

Mr. Ravindra bashed the heck out of his long term friend J. Krishnamurti in his book Two Birds, yet he continues to use association with J.K. for motives which I absolutely can not conceive in this book.

The book is boring, is right in the grooves of traditions despite his references to J. Krishnamurti who was entirely non traditional.
