The only thing better I can think of is getting an actual massage at a spa, but for most of us, time is off the essence. Run this through your sore bits for several seconds pre or post workout and your good to go. Makes a big difference in recovery and muscle soreness/fatigue.

This stick is excellent for weight lifters. This is the massage stick you want to buy out of all the massage sticks available because it is more stiff and longer so you can apply more pressure. The other stick models are too flimsy, bend and do not offer much relief. This massage stick is stiff and will get those deep knots out. I use mine on my pecs because bench pressing really beats me up and causes trigger points to realy be painful. If i use this device before warm-ups I feel so much looser and pain free.

The stick is similar to techniques used by licensed chiropractors to loosen sore and stiff muscles. While obviously a chiro may offer other services and provide other advice this is a great tool to work out those sore and stiff muscles on your own at a much lower price.
