This is a very interesting book, and would seem more credible if it had been edited properly. A lot of authors know that they have something unusual to present, and because their offering is so unusual, they don't feel editing is crucial...but it is, if their text is to be believed.

The discussion of mankind's origin always brings on hotly debated topics stemming from three schools of thought- there is the scientific view of the big bang theory, or the religious view that God created mankind or there is theory that mankind was created by those of alien origin. To date humans are still seeking irrefutable proof of our beginnings.

The premise that human life originated on earth via the mechanisms of alien astronauts can be a compelling topic of interest and debate, especially when presented with seemingly viable evidence. One book that aptly visits the topic of man's possible alien origin is the book - The Stone by author David P. Welden. Author David P. Welden is not a scientist but is an Ufoligist with many years of experience and a great deal of information on the subject of the Anunnaki and contact between humans and Anunnaki visitors. The Anunnaki are known as ancient astronauts and have been repeatedly mentioned as the central characters in the creation of man and the history of mankind.

The Stone is a well written and interesting compilation of evidence of UFO sightings, documented alien abductions, contact between humans and aliens, the genetics of humans and the relationship to creation of humans through alien technology. The author also delves into the archaeological aspect of tracing man's Anunnaki entwined beginnings by discussing and exploring the archaeological evidence documented by noted author Zecharia Sitchin. Mr. Welden has also been on seven exploratory expeditions with Mr. Sitchin.

By the end of the book it is clear to the reader that there are many points where aliens or Anunnaki and mankind have crossed paths throughout man's history and Mr.

David P. Welden's The Stone, is the work of a man whose great passion is UFOs. It is the result of seven exploratory trips with the author Zecharia Sitchin (whose key ideas are based on the assumption that ancient myths are not myths but historical and scientific texts), and of years of studies.

Are we alone in the Universe? Were we created by chance or by a god? Who we are, and where we come from have been mankind's greatest unanswered questions. In The Stone, David P. Welden proposes his own vision of those answers to the reader. Welden's answers, supported by a large collection of evidence, explains how Homo sapiens where created by ancient astronauts, known as the Anunnaki (those who from Heaven to Earth came).

The Stone is a well structured work. The author first gives accounts by the very people who have been in contact with aliens as well as people who have been aboard alien ships. Almost three-quarters of the book contain testimony, straight from the horse's mouth--the witness. With very accurate details such as names, dates, places and even historical facts; The Stone is a true delight for any lover of eerie stories.

In addition to testimony, two other sections of The Stone provide a detailed chronology of Earth's inhabitants from 450,000 B.C. to 2023 B.C. as well as an explanation on how genetic manipulations between Homo erectus and the Anunnaki formed the modern species of humans. Not only is the topic fascinating but also David Welden's writing style is vivid and smooth. Welden grabs the reader's attention by heckling and by asking questions. Readers will just drink his beyond-belief-approach of the topic. Finally Welden concludes his work by confiding in the reader with his private thoughts based on years of study and empirical evidence, in a natural and comical way. This offers a fresh dimension to the fascinating subject he is dealing with.

Interested in UFO's, and aliens? This book is a documentary of a collection of experiences ranging from UFO and alien encounters to a trail of evidence connecting the pyramids of Giza to alien technology. The book starts out with a dramatic tale that takes place one night in the hills of Arizona. Written in the first person it is a suspenseful account of a group of workers' sighting of a spaceship. What unfolds is an unbelievable tale of contact with the aliens aboard the ship. The reader is then led through a historical summary of scientific information that outdates the historical views of the origins of the Egyptian pyramids and further disputes the genetic origins of man. This book is a great mind stretcher. If you can look past a few typos I think you'll enjoy contemplating its content.

With a name like The Stone, one would expect the book to be about The Stone. Instead, Part One (about half the book) is a series of recounts of other people's experiences regarding U.F.O.s and abductions.

In Part Two: The Proof of Ancient Astronauts, Alias, Anunnaki, Nefilim, Elohim, the author is attempting to prove that a 1200 ton cut stone was made that way, and the Great Pyramids were built by, aliens.

In Part Three: Genetics, Tracing the Origin of Homo Sapiens, he discusses how the Annunaki created primitive workers through genetic manipulations of themselves and existing ape-beings "Homo erectus" subsequently creating "Homo sapien."

At the end he tells you of his conclusions about Jesus Christ and the proof that mankind was created. He further discusses his conclusions regarding Spencer Wells's story and Semjase on the "Creation."
