THE SUITE LIFE's Sweet Lift Challenge

Editorial Reviews

It's the "suite" life for 11-year-old identical twins Zack and Cody now that they've moved into Boston's super swanky Tipton Hotel. They've packed even more mischief, mayhem and catastrophe into three hilarious episodes from the hit Disney Channel original series -- plus, this new SWEET SUITE VICTORY EDITION DVD includes a trivia game hosted by Brenda Song that tests your knowledge of the show and its stars, and a Gag Reel packed with ridiculously funny outtakes and bloopers! The guys treat every place as their personal playground -- from the stylish suite they share with their mom to the hotel's elegant lobby -- with their friends London and Maddie along for the ride. All's fair in fun 'n' friendship as Maddie and London compete for the best Sweet 16 party, Zack and Cody both run for class president (with Maddie pushing the issues and London adding her signature "flash") and friends become foes when "creative differences" threaten to break up the battle of the bands! You'll love watching TV's coolest twins face off again and again.

I am a parent who watches the Suite Life of Zack and Cody with my daughter occasionally. I have seen enough episodes to know that these are not the best picks that Disney could have released on DVD.

The first episode has the boys at their youngest. The show is better in my opinion as the two boys get older. However, for a child, the battle of the bands idea is fun. London and Maddie are actually more intresting to watch in the earlier episodes, and it's always fun to see how London screws up even when she means well.

The second episode is when the boys run for class president. I liked the way Maddie and London get involved to help the boys. It was also nice to see Zack stand up for Cody at the end showing some family loyalty. I also liked the outrageous ideas that Zack and London came up with to get Zack elected. The pajama picture of Cody was a low blow but funny.

The last episode focuses on Maddie and London the most. Both girls throw sweet 16 parties for themselves on the same day. It forces the gang to pick which party to go to. As usual London over does it and makes a mess of things. The girls friendship gets strained, but ends up ok in the end.

Overall the episodes are just ok. I have seen better episodes on Disney channel. I also think Disney went cheap on this release. Three episodes is hardly worth the price of buying it. The extra features of the gag reel and Brenda Song doing the DVD game is ok. But personally I think Disney would have been better off putting a couple more episodes on the disc. After all thats why we really want to buy the DVD in the first place. Episodes that would have been better to add are the ones where the boys let the bugs loose in the tipton, or when Maddie and London have the fake baby for the weekend.

Wow... $15 for a DVD with only 3 Episodes on it... Geeze we can see that Disney is sure ripping us off, they are the only company to release these crappy DVDs every other network produces DVDs with the entire season.... Come on get it right. This is just nonsense to make us spend $15 a pop for 3 episodes that would cost about $420 for the entire 3 seasons episodes!

This really is upsetting. The first dvd had several shows, I think maybe 5 of them. This one has only 3!! And, some of them are old ones, not the newer shows. My son and I were both disappointed. The silly "game" and the short little blooper spot do not make up for the stingy amount of actual tv shows. So sad. We're still big Suite Life fans, but I don't know if we'll buy another dvd.

The Suite Life of Zack and Cody is a popular Disney Channel television series starring popular tween actors Cole and Dylan Sprouse. Zack and Cody live in a swanked out hotel and have a plush life that most kids can only dream of. The DVD "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody-Suite Victory Edition," features three episodes of the popular series. Episodes included on the disc are "Band in Boston," "Election," and "Not So Suite 16." The episodes on the disc are cute and enjoyable. In the episode "Election," Zack and Cody both decide to run for class president. The episode "Band in Boston," is especially cool because show cast members Maddie and London and the twins all compete in a battle of the bands competition. If you are or your kids are a fan of "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody," you will find this DVD worth a purchase. In addition to the three episodes included on the disc you will find a gag reel with show bloopers and a trivia game that tests you knowledge of "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody."
