Format: Paperback
I am an average player after over 15 years of neglect, I am taking lessos from an instructor.
I felt that I also needed a manual at home to study many of the basics: backhand, forehand, serve, grip, volley, stance, etc. I checked seven different books and found that "The Tennis Handbook" has the best coverage for what I need.

Format: Paperback
Really informative with bulleted explainations and illustrations of current pros using these "foundational techniques." Extremely helpful to the new tennis player interested in really nailing down the basics.
