I bought this book thinking that I might find some new piece of information that might help. The author is not revealing anything new, on the contrary, she praises the "8 Hour Diet" book, which is not working for somebody who needs to lose 5-10 pounds more.
There are also spelling and punctuation mistakes, and some sentences are contradictory. I am a very health conscious vegan person, I work out, and I just need to lose at most 10 pounds. I did not find anything useful in this book. She also talks about the dangers of eating sugar and carbs, but again, if you read Dr. Perricone's studies, or even Jackie Warner's "This Is Why You're Fat", you do not need to buy The Thigh Gap Hack.

I purchased your book after seeing you on Dr. Oz last week and, after fully reading it, I really believe it will help me to obtain thinner thighs along with a healthy diet. I have seen both sides of the thigh debate LOL. I was a size 2-4 before pregnancy and, personally, my thighs were still muscular and I had to purchase pants 1-2 sizes larger because of my thighs. I am currently on a Mediterranean-based plan with reduced portions and limited calories and getting great results. I believe that by implementing 8-10 suggestions you have in your book (especially exercising right before eating-can see the results already!), I will be a healthy weight with thighs I will be happy with. Good luck to you and I hope many other women will read the book prior to stating an opinion and learn that you do not encourage starving or exercising until you drop to achieve the body you want. I am looking forward to your exercise DVD. Take care and stay strong! God Bless!

Update: I have lost 18 pounds and a ton of inches using the hacks listed in this book! My weight/inches loss is still ongoing and I cannot believe it is consistent! Hacks I am using include HRM all day/every day, 10K+ steps per day, cold baths/showers several times per week, burning all calories from last meal before eating next meal and exercising 2 days on, one day off. I have received numerous compliments on how great I look and how nice my legs look! This book is the real thing. I will continue utilizing it throughout my weight loss journey and beyond. Her short workouts on You Tube are great when done as a group. Thanks again Camille!

I bought this book last summer after being sick and tired of my thighs rubbing together causing blisters in the summer heat. i was sceptical at first. Then I read this book and took Camillas advice. I am a pear shape i.e. i gather weight on my lower half of my body and this can be very frustrating. Well after following her advice my weight did come off on my thighs. No more thigh rubbing and i look much better in clothes especially in trousers. i am delighted i bought the book and would recommend it to everyone who would like to loose weight on their thighs.

FACT: It is anatomically impossible to achieve "thigh gap" without sacrificing one's health. And BTW: the fashion industry is changing the way they portray beauty: the powers that be are bending to public opinion regarding the messages they are sending our young girls & in the near future, they will be hiring & encouraging models to maintain a HEALTHY appearance-not the typical skinny, malnourished skeletons of years past. I read an advance copy of this book borrowed from an impressionable young friend who read it in a day & was convinced that she had found "the answer to her problems!". Poor child.
The "author" has NO CREDENTIALS! Doctor Oz invited her to guest on his show (2-25-14), and politely, intelligently (without judgement), let her present her argument. She appeared to be a shallow, ignorant, self serving, self proclaimed authority on weight loss with no background or education whatsoever on the topic. His next guest-a female Doctor with a PhD in treating eating disorders in a clinical setting, discussed the facts in regard to this book. With very little effort, she blew huge holes in this woman's credibility & explained in easy to understand detail just how devastating the info in her book could be to young and old alike! Ms Hugh is irresponsibly leading unsuspecting women to a life of unhealthy, potentially DEADLY, eating disorders! This is the first time in my {educated health care professional} career that I am advising the world to boycott (or BURN) this book. There are so many excellent resources available today-just search any healthy eating plan by any DOCTOR or NUTRITION EXPERT! Please don't damage your health and well being by blindly following the advice of an unqualified, uneducated, anorexic, grifter trying to make a fast fortune off of vulnerable people desperately seeking a quick fix to a non-existent "condition"!
AND JUST TO BE CLEAR: DR OZ DID NOT ENDORSE THIS BOOK! In fact, quite the opposite. Consult your Dr.

The only thing this author is qualified to teach is how to become anorexic. This is the scariest kind of advice. The author negates the basic fact, most people are physically not designed to have a thigh gap. Period! It is not a physical flaw,it is simply bone structure. It is obscene to place this kind of empty importance on something that is so unobtainable for 95% or more of the population of the world! Please avoid this at all cost! Nothing is worth your health!!
